Stewarding starts with understanding the layout, arrival patterns and responsibilities of everyone involved. We agree deployment points, communication arrangements and escalation procedures with the organiser. Where an assignment also requires licensed security activities, these are scoped separately so the right personnel are assigned to the right duties.
