ARAD provides alarm response arrangements for businesses and properties, with attendance and escalation procedures agreed around the site. A planned response helps avoid uncertainty when an alarm activates outside normal working hours.
Before the service begins, we establish authorised access, alarm instructions and who should be contacted. Following an activation, the response follows the agreed brief and any immediate safety considerations. Where appropriate, this includes liaison with the alarm provider or emergency services. Coverage, attendance arrangements and any additional guarding requirements are confirmed as part of your contract.
